Who is Elif Saltık?


She graduated from MSUGSF Performing Visual Arts Theater Decor and Costume major. After graduation, she made decorations in various Theater and Television channels. She stepped into ceramic art in order to be able to transfer the self-confidence and creativity that her education and personal skills have added to her to others and to be an example for new beginnings. Thanks to the trainings she received at the academy, she started to keep the stories she created while decorating in her business life alive on the clay. Since 2010, ceramics has been indispensable in her life. She gave trainings on hand shaping in her own workshop and different workshops. Apart from her ceramic and sculpture works, she has done design works in different spaces, participated in project-based architectural works, designed personalized artistic objects, and participated in various group exhibitions. She still continues to exhibit, produce and share her works on different platforms.


Who is Nuri Battal?


Born in Istanbul, Nuri Battal's interest in painting began at an early age. The second prize he received in the competition he participated in during his secondary education years increased his predisposition to art and intensified his studies. After completing his education and doctorate program at Istanbul University, he took painting plastic arts courses at the College of Liberal Arts while working at the University of Nevada in the United States in 1990. During her stay in the United States, she continued her painting studies and participated in group exhibitions. In 1995, upon the invitation of Kagawa University, the artist went to Japan and participated in the painting and plastic arts traditional handicrafts program at Kagawa Perfecture Culter Center for three years. She participated in group exhibitions at Takamatsu City Museum of Art and Kagawa Cultural Museum. After returning to Turkey, she participated in solo and group exhibitions in Turkey and continues to work in her painting studio in Istanbul. His works are included in many local and foreign private collections.
