ABOUT ME
As a photo-realist artist of Albanian origin, I am visualizing the passion for historical and ethnic values by tracing the roots of Turkish culture in the Balkans and references the fashion of the period. In this way, transfer the historical past to the present with a modern language by adopting the rule of painting from whole to detail. This artistic production focuses on photography and reality.
Creating the sense of reality with oil on canvas, researched past fabric weaving techniques and examined the motifs closest to my own. As in the dival technique, build on objects such as fabric textures consisting of embroidery with floral motifs, glaze gilding, palace jewels. This conscious choice is rooted in glory and magnificence. Especially elements details such as the surface and texture of the object, emphasizes historical transitivity through fragments and divisions.
Deriving from these implementations and roots, I have reached an artistic synthesis of classical, local-ethnic, and modern language.
ART MANIFESTO
As one of the photo-realist artists in Turkey, I deal with the modern art line through a period in which the past and future were imitated and questioned. While glorifying the values of the past, I deal with images from whole to detail in order to shed light on the present. In recent years, I have been influenced by the inspiring power of nature and crown it with the harmony of colors.
